Enrichment Workshop for Professionals

Each of us has the ability, need, and desire to work with people in the different areas of our daily lives. With his creativity and infinite depth, Veeresh teaches us compassion and other tools which are so vital in our daily work with people in the various occupations and fields.
In this fascinating workshop, Veeresh will present the different tools and methods for both one-on-one and group work, with great emphasis on interpersonal communication.
This workshop is intended for instructors, therapists, coaches, physicians, psychologists, social workers, employers, managers, human resource workers, and anyone who works, or is learning to work, with people.

The amazing social meditation created by Veeresh, allowing you to witness yourself in all your states of being: anger, love, loss of control, surrender, sadness, laughter, sensuality – with yourself and others. The AUM gives you the safe space to be yourself, to explore and express, to experience who you are with others around you serving as your mirror, giving you the freedom to dance, love, share, and set your boundaries as you see fit.

Veeresh Intensive

Day 1 – Healing and Emotional Balance
Thursday, Feb 9 – 17:00-23:00
During the course of our lives, we experience feelings of fear, sadness, depression, loss, boredom, anger, rage, jealousy, shame, guilt, fear of falling in love, and confusion stemming from desire. These feelings tend to run our lives, limiting and paralyzing us, creating doubts and stress, and depriving us of sleep. On the first day of this weekend workshop with Veeresh, we will learn to recognize, know, respect, and most importantly to express these feelings in a real and conscious manner. We will learn to heal and forgive, to accept the spectrum of our emotions, and release those that burden and oppress us.
Day 2 – Relationships: Couplehood and Parenting
Friday, Feb 10 – 15:00-21:00
Be it with spouses, parents, children, friends, colleagues, or authority figures, we often run into hardships in our relationships. And despite all our efforts and attempts to build and maintain mature, satisfying relationships, we often lack the correct tools to do so.
In our childhood and adult lives, we have learned different behavioral patterns which affect the ways we communicate with others. These can cause us to suppress feelings, ignore problems, get into fights, break up with loved ones, even giving up on falling in love and having kids. Many of us have given up on the idea of ever having a stable, loving, lasting relationship with a mate.
Veeresh teaches us that relationships are based on open communication, compassion, and the ability to understand the other. It is an art which requires sensitivity, courage, and acceptance.
On the second day of this workshop, we will examine the ways in which we communicate, strengthen our abilities to express our feelings, and remove the emotional shackles which prevent us from giving and accepting love.
Day 3 – Addiction: Living with, accepting, and letting go
Saturday, Feb 11 – 12:00-18:00

On the third day of this workshop, we will learn to identify the different patterns of addictive behavior which we have developed over the years, and look at how they affect our lives. We will learn that we have the power to change, to turn towards a positive direction, and develop self understanding and control over our behavior, which may sometimes seem out of our control.
Intended for all types of addiction, as well as addicts and their loved ones, this workshop will provide you with real tools which can be implemented in rehabilitation from addiction, as well as living with addicts.
